Fairview Heights is a collection of 40 luxury homes situated in the Hayward Hills, with sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay and surrounding hills. The homes vary in size from 3,500 to 4,000 square feet on two or three split-levels. There are four floor plans, each with three distinct architectural styles, providing 12 different elevations and color schemes. Maintaining the architectural character of the Fairview district, the three distinct styles are Spanish Monterrey, Italian Eclectic, and Mediterranean Villa. Each of these styles provides variation within the same vernacular of architectural vocabulary.

There are four different floor plans, ranging is size from 2,000 to 2,300 square feet on two and three levels. Each home has an attached two-car garage, a private patio, and a fully landscaped front yard. To promote individuality and architectural interest, two of the floor plans have two different elevations and a variety of color schemes.

The 10,000 s.f custom residence is in the California Vernacular Architectural Style with an undulating front facade and rooflines. The use of cultured stone in the front and dual color scheme for the facade creatively break the large mass of the building. Most of the living space is distributed on 2 levels over a 3-car garage to take advantage of existing slopes and to provide ample viewing areas from all the rooms.

An urban infill project located in the downtown district of Hayward. It is developed along the City's master plan guidelines to build up the urban character and provide more housing within walking distance of the City Center. The design features are inspired by the California Arts & Crafts styles. With rich landscaping all around and a private area for group activities in the rear, it provides the residents for interaction and creates a sense of community.

Located three blocks away from the Old City Hall building in Downtown Hayward, it has about 3,000 sf on two levels with office/work space on the grade level and a 3-bed+2-bath residence on the upper level. This building takes the inspiration from the Art Deco style of the historic Old City Hall, and interprets it in a modern context, with a fresh color palette. The development is meant to revitalize the Second Street corridor in Downtown Hayward
