				Fairview Heights Alameda County , California Fairview Heights is a collection of 40 luxury homes situated in the Hayward hills, with sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay and the surrounding hills. To promote individuality and architectural interest, two of the floor plans have two different elevations and a variety of color schemes.

				Sangha Estate Danville, California This five-acre site is situated on a dramatic promontory overlooking the San Ramon valley and offers breathtaking views. The 12,000 square feet custom residence is in the California Vernacular Architectural Style with an undulating front facade and roof lines. The upper level has the bedrooms, the retreat and a lounge area. The architectural character of the house was inspired by the "Mediterranean style" with California detailing.

				Alexandrovich Residence Walnut Creek, California Nestled in the Walnut Creek hills, this custom residence provides enchanting views of Mount Diablo and the surrounding hills. 				Luxury Townhomes Hayward, California This urban infill project is located in downtown Hayward within walking distance to Bart Station. It is developed along the City's guidelines to provide more housing within walking distance of the City Center. A grouping of seven townhouses, of which two are two-story facing the street and five are three-story, facing the courtyard. The design features are inspired by the California Arts & Crafts styles. With rich landscaping all around and a private area for group activities in the rear, this design provides the residents with a space for interaction and a sense of community.

				Residence Expansion Lafayette, California An expansion of approximately 800 sf of area to an existing 1,800 sf house included a Master Suite, and a retreat on new second level, and expansion of existing dining room and nook. The new addition is stepped back from front elevation and centered on overall plan to make it part of existing house. The architectural feature, materials and detailing are made consistent with existing character of the house.
